1. How long will it take to get my order?
When your order is placed, we deliver your printing between five and seven business days. We aim to get the order to you before then, but that’s the date to work from if you’re on a tight deadline.
2. Can I get it quicker?
We do aim to get your orders to you before the estimated arrival date, but we cannot make any guarantees. For the quickest delivery turnaround, we highly recommend using the fastest delivery option.
3. Oops! I’ve put my order in but there's a mistake.
That's Ok - we get you to confirm your printing after you have submitted the payment. You can also contact our art department for any issues
4. Where's my printing!
You can check the status of your order in your Account. It's best to check the estimated arrival date here, too - if it has passed, please get in touch and we'll see if we can help out.

GSM Is an abbreviation for "grams per square metre", and represents the weight of the paper. As a rule of thumb, the heavier the paper is the better quality it will be.
GLOSS
A smooth glossy finish to the paper. This can make your product stand out and is most commonly used on products such as photographs.
MATTE
A matte paper has no noticeable finish, i.e. not shiny. A matte finish is the most common option people go for when printing business stationary.
SILK
An option in between a gloss and a matt finish.
Production turnaround ranges from one-seven days, depending on the nature of the print. Express options available.
